Booking Information

 

Tables are booked for a time slot of 2 hours.  Tables of 12 or more are booked for 2.5 hours.  If you arrive late for your reservation, the table will still only be available for the booked times. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes to your booking. Failure to notify of any changes or cancellations after this time will result in your deposit being held.

 

We also take bookings for private parties - You will have the whole restaurant to yourselves, you need to have a minimum of 22 people. The maximum number that we can seat is 25. To discuss this in further details, please call 01507 608195 or email us tapas@barcastillejar.co.uk

  

When making any bookings, you will be asked to provide your card details, these will be held securely by our bookings partner (Resdiary) and in the event of a no-show, your card will be charged a flat rate of £20 per person booked. Your table will be held for 15 minutes from your original booking time. Failure to show within this period constitutes a no show.

 

We are certainly understanding, as long as we are made aware of any changes to your table before the 24 hours notice period, or if we can re-book the table, you will not be charged.
